Absolultely. Love. This. Skirt. So much so, that I waited for the mailman in it.
Then I killed sometime in front of a smaller shed-looking building with a cute little star painted on it.
After that, I found a green door that I thought contrasted nicely with the lavender.
Finally, I took some gratuitous pictures of the tulle and bow detail of the skirt, because, well, why the f- not?
Oh, did I mention, Sarah Jessica Parker called (interrupting my quality time with the mailman) and demanded her outfit back, since it's the skirt she wore for the opening credits for "Sex and the City"? Well, she did.
We're currently working on a trade for some of her Manolo Blahniks. I told her to tell Matthew hi for me. Ya know, your typical Sunday.
Shirt: White tank top, don't remember where I got it
Skirt: Vintage lavender tiered, tulle skirt
Shoes: Black wedges, Kenzie
Love this! Looks great!:)

ReplyDeleteWhere, where, where did you get the skirt? It's perfection!
ReplyDeleteSo ladies. It appears that inquiring minds would like to know just where this little skirt came from and I cannot thank you all enough for all the kind words! I got this skirt at a consignment shop in Reno that generally takes only designer clothes (hence a lot of vintage Armani and Gucci). I generally don't shop there (waaaay out of my price range) but I was driving past when I spotted this skirt in the window. Of course, five minutes later, I flipped a U, stripped the mannequin it was on and claimed it as my own. Unfortunately, there's no label on the inside, so I can't even give you a brand name. Sorry! But perhaps we can all share somehow? Joint custody? Visitation rights? :)
ReplyDeleteThis skirt is too nice, it's actually just too nice. I want visitation
