Here's one of my interview outfits, remixed just a tad with the denim shirt under the blazer (a combination I've been dying to try out for a while now). Unfortunately, I have zero time to really write much here, as I'm lugging some luggage out the door and heading to the bay the second I finish.
When I finally catch my breath and stop changing time zones like crazy, I'll explain all! Until then, take care everyone! I promise posts will soon regain sanity. I hope. For my sake.
Blazer: Black tuxedo blazer, Express
Shirt: Denim button up shirt, Gap
Skirt: Floral mini, Forever 21
Tights: Black sheer tights, Target
Shoes: Black platform pumps with studs, Steve Madden
Sunglasses: Carrie sunglasses, Fred Flare (I went back to Fred Flare in Brooklyn to hunt these babies down after I lost the first pair at a restaurant a few months ago. I was so surprised the nice gals there remembered me!)
lovin the skirt! Great layering uppp.

Sei uno spettacolo cara...un bacio da Torino!
ReplyDeleteAdore the denim with the skirt. And i love the bit of leopard print just peeking out, great details!
ReplyDeleteI think you look good in the denimshirt! I think it's a quite hard piece of clothing when it comes to styling, it easily looks too sloppy
ReplyDeleteI love that skirt and the idea of pairing a denimshirt and blazer is adorable!
ReplyDeleteLove the skirt.x
ReplyDeletewhat a burst of happiness for an interview, well done! i struggle with denim shirts and have a hard time embracing them but tucked in w/ a skirt is a nice way to keep it girly.
ReplyDeleteI've always been stumped on how to style chambray shirts, but I love how you styled yours here! I might have to give them another try.
ReplyDeletelove love love it!
