in a whisper

As I type this, I'm practically without a voice -- somewhere between Friday and Saturday it gave up on me, leaving me with a squeaky, prepubescent boy in it's place. (Figuratively, not literally, I'm no babysitter, guys.)

On one hand, that means very little or no conference calls for me today. On the other, I have to whisper/squeak everywhere I go. Or carry a note pad with me and try this out.

Cape: Tan wool cape, Zara
Dress: Sweater dress, JNBY
Tights: Target
Boots: Suede over the knee boots, Topshop

    Do NOT whisper!! It puts as much strain on your voice as shouting, I don't know why but seriously if you have to talk try to speak normally, but avoid it all costs! And drink a lot of water and tea, keep your throat moist! I know all this because I lost my voice a few weeks ago, it's terrible, get well soon!
