I think with a few more rips and tears, this already broken in pair of jeans from Topshop will be a nice (and much more affordable) alternative to the already infamous Acne pair. What do you guys think? DIY time?
I tried my hand at DIY of the Acne Pop jeans and wore them here: http://stylebysantina.blogspot.com/2012/04/oxford-and-sweatshirt.html I need to go back at them for a second round of shredding and another wash...
i literally bought the exact same ones! i was going to comment about them but you beat me to it :)they look so cute with strappy stilettos, pumps or flip flops. and they are more distressed like the Acne pair as well. good luck krystal!
I love these pants and all you really need is a pair from the thrift store and a cheese grater to get the look yourself! I just never know how these will look on me!
I think if your going to DIY them, go with a cheaper pair and then you won't be as upset if they don't turn out as you planned...but in all honesty, these are really cute as is :-)
Definitely DIY time.

I'm always hesitant to distress my own denim because I'm afraid I'll ruin them beyond repair. I'll be looking forward to a tutorial!
