A Valentine's Day bouquet from the man friend, which was a welcomed break from the usual white roses I keep on my coffee table. I love the warm coral color of them.
The worst part about moving? Packing up too many pairs of shoes! I like to call this my Leaning Tower of Shoe Boxes, minutes before I packed them all away into my car (not without a puzzled glance or two from passerby!).
An indulgent breakfast of chocolate chip pancakes. Just the fuel I needed before a day full of packing.
A welcomed sight: the blooming of cherry blossoms! Our new neighborhood is riddled with them and I've been snapping pictures of them like crazy since their stay is so fleeting.
A delicious chardonnay that we enjoyed Monday afternoon while watching a few old movies. We've been without internet the past few days, which was the perfect excuse for rediscovering the DVD pile tucked away under my bed.
What my perfect Sunday morning looks like: New York Times, magazines and a pack of almond Pocky.
great pics!!

I giggled at the leaning tower of shoes. I never keep my shoe boxes, but I know I will regret it when I move! Really lovely pictures, I agree that the warm colour of the flowers is such a nice change.
ReplyDeleteand now we are having pancakes for breakfast! =) good luck with the move!!!

I envy how you made moving into a new place look easy and glamorous! For me it's all sweat, scraped elbows, fast food, and endless ugly boxes!
