Talk about one of the most beautiful Saturday's in the Panhandle I've ever seen. Loved it! Took a nice, quick walk over there and napped out on the lawn, amidst frisbee players, dog walkers and the occasional bicyclist.

As for the Panama hat, let's just say I'll be overdosing on this thing while my bangs grow out. Yes, the bangs are going, I think. I've had them for over two years now and am tired of having to constantly get them trimmed for sweep them off my face. What say all of you? Keep the bangs or no?

Hat: Straw panama hat, H&M
Shirt: White button down oxford shirt, H&M
Skirt: Black velvet mini skirt, H&M
Shoes: Black wedges, Aldo
Jewelry: Turquoise multi-tiered necklace, Urban Outfitters

  10. Those wedges are amazing. Despite my savings account screaming "no", I really need to stop in at Aldo's.

  12. Hmm... I have to say, I'm a big fan of the bangs. But you're the one who has to put up with 'em, and I know what a pain they can be... I'm constantly cutting mine, then hating them and growing them out, then missing them and adding them back... quite the vicious cycle! We women and our hair woes. :P

  19. Gosh, I've been looking for a simple, well-cut white button-up shirt to tuck into jean shorts for ages. And I love your lace-up wedges. I'm headed to San Francisco next week and I'm excited to see the buffalo and eat lots of tortas and pupusas and maybe head to Berkeley for Thai brunch at the Thai Temple in Ashby. I'll have to add lazing around in the lovely San Francisco breeze to my list!

  20. I love the look of that baggy top. A lot of women would probably go for the tighter fit look, but this is stunning and unique. Love!

  22. love the hat! I've been looking for an affordable panama hat for the summer. That one looks fab. As for the bangs, I was in the same position a few month ago, and as long as you have the patience to get through "the awkward stage" I say grow em out. Bangs are a pain.

  23. Keep the bangs! Been missing your posts now they're not as frequent xx

  24. Hey Krystal! I'll work on that email after dinner! But I had to comment this post, because the Panama hat is awesome! My mom has one and I'm going to wear it sometime this week :) Trim the bangs I say! It's always nice to have a fresh haircut/trim during the summer :)

  30. H&M ftw.

I say why not try the no-bangs for a while =]. I'd love to see your hair pulled back with that rocker style poof. Maybe a cocktail dress outfit now that the weather's a little warmer at night??

I really like that last shot with the shoesies. They're well focused.

  31. I love the simplicity.

Sometimes nothing is sexier than some crisp white and a bit of turquoise.

  37. Oh, how I share your dilemma... to keep the bangs, or to not keep the bangs?

I vote grow them out. It sucks, yes, but if you find you need them you can always cut them back in!

  38. love the outfit! I just saw a pair of skinny heeled booties at a consginment shop only 15 dollars...but can I wear them comfortably to school? the things we do for fashion, haha, i say no bangs new looks are a fresh start, besides you can always cut bangs in again later.
