weekend snapshots

Had a beautiful time up at Lake Tahoe this past holiday weekend. Lots of beachside/dockside reading, ping pong, drinking, playing in the water, hanging out with Chili the bird and enjoying time with good friends. All in all, I cannot complain (even if I am a tad bit sunburnt!).

How was your weekend? 

weekend favorites

1.) Fresh picked hydrangeas from the garden. (Thanks Dave and Gina!)
2.) Yummy little lace dress and cross body scooped up from Zara -- can't wait to wear this week for our unexpected heat wave (read: temps in the mid 70s).
3.) Painting some chest of drawers -- can't wait to add these crystal knobs.
4.) Experimenting with this oval gold frame I picked up at the Alameda Flea Market a few weeks ago. I think it's now friends with my antlers.
5.) Anyone else addicted to coffee table books? I can't stop adding to my pile!

Just spending a relaxing Memorial Day weekend romping around town, stopping at the beach, napping in front of the Palace of Fine Arts and smelling the flowers! Happy Memorial Day! Hope it's full of friends and family!
